Business hours:

All visits are perfomed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of scheduled visit or cancellation fee of $50 will apply.

Liability Policies:

We cannot accommodate pets that are unruly and unable to walk on a leash or pets that bite or nip. 

Job Sharing is not covered under our insurance.  We cannot be responsible for your pet or home if another service provider, friend or family member enters your property while we are not there.

Cranberry Pet Sitters cannot sit for acutely ill amimals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions. We suggest your pet be boarded with a vet.
